When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders are scheduled to ship approximately 2-4 days before the official release date. Please note that if you order multiple items, your entire order will ship together when the final pre-order item becomes available.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on unopened and defective media within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of any damage to initiate a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Relapse Records ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Are your vinyl pressings limited editions?
Many of our releases are limited edition color pressings. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis and once a specific color variant is sold out, it is typically not repressed in that exact configuration.
